Incoming bookings are not imported into your system via your PMS interface. Even though this is technically possible, we hear from most of our hotel partners that they do not want this.
Email notification and booking overview
- When you set up your MICE web booking engine, you created a “general customer contact”. The booking is sent by email to this address.
- In the Bookings section of your MeetingMarket Administration, you will find all bookings that have been verified by the customer. Various filter options are available.
