The Inventory & Rates > Fixed Rates section is where you define the content and prices for your meeting packages or all-inclusive rates. Up to 4 different fixed rates can be lodged.
1 - Determine the name and services of your rate
a) Navigate to the Inventory & Rates > Fixed Rates section of your booking engine
b) In the navigation on the left, click on "Fixed meeting rate 1"
c) Enter the name of your fixed rate. Please do so in all available languages.
d) Click to select all services that are part of this package. Do not forget to provide the description of the selected service.
2 - Room rate, minimum number of people and room selection
a) Decide whether the room rate is a service component of the package. If so, click the checkbox. Selecting the checkbox, tells the system that it should not add the room rate on top of the price for the meeting package.
b) If a minimum number of persons is required to book the package, enter the value in the appropriate field.
c) Mark the rooms for which the currently selected fixed rate should be applied.
3 - Pricing of the fixed rate
When pricing your fixed rate you have the possibility to customise the price according to different variables:
a) It can be staggered according to the number of people
b) By day of the week (e.g. reduced price from Monday to Friday)
c) According to types of seating
4 - Activating the fixed rate
If all data is submitted, activate the fixed rate by clicking on the button at the top of the menu.
