You can add the individual prices for food and beverages in the Inventory & Rates > Catering section.
1 - Specifying prices and descriptions
Navigate to the Inventory & Rates > Catering section and enter the corresponding prices for the respective meal variants in the fields provided.
Then click on "save description" to make the details of your service transparent for the customer.
Example:
"Lunch buffet with salad, soup, three main courses and a choice of desserts".
Caution: Define values for ALL price fields, as these are essential for calculating the booking value. Depending on these details, the automatic comparison in each offer is dependent on whether the individual services or a flat rate is cheaper for the respective customer.
2 - Alternatives for lunch or coffee breaks
Click “Save Description”, and then click the “Add another option” button in the new window. You can describe alternative offers, but these must cost the same as the main option.
Examples:
Lunch option #1:
"2 delicious and light organic courses with a choice of main course"
Lunch option #2:
"Selection of stews served in front of the meeting room for a quick break. 3 delicious stews (1 vegetarian option) with seasonal ingredients and baguette."
